Oodles of Healthy Zoodles Recipes

I love zoodles! So much so that I rarely eat regular pasta anymore. I stopped eating pasta about 3 years ago and started substituting in zoodles instead. So what exactly are zoodles? They are strands of zucchini, however you can also sprialize other vegetables such as sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, cucumbers or squash.

So why zoodles over pasta? They are low in carbs, calories and natural sugars. They are full of good nutrients such as protein, vitamin A, thiamin, niacin, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, magnesium and potassium. Whereas traditional white pasta is very high in carbs which cause major fluctuations in blood sugar levels and can cause issues down the road such as diabetes, celiac disease, gluten allergies and irritable bowel syndrome.

Our Favorite Zoodles Recipes

  • Turkey Spaghetti Zoodles

    • My kids surprisingly really like ground turkey! Ground turkey has less saturated fat than ground beef which is a really great benefit and one of the reasons we really like this dish.   • Stir Fry Zoodles

    • We love Asian food in our house! One of our all time favorite trips was to Hong Kong and they had amazing food there! This zucchini stir fry recipe is delicious and again perfect for busy nights at only 20 minutes total to prepare.   • Shrimp Scampi Zoodles

    • While I'm not a huge fan of seafood I can handle eating shrimp. They are low in calories, protein-rich, and contain a ton of nutrinets such as vitamin B12, phosphorus, choline, copper and iodine. This dish is packed full of flavor and is only 161 calories per serving. You can find the recipe here.

  • Kung Pao Chicken Zoodles

    • There is american Chinese food and real Chinese food. We did not see any kung pao chicken or egg rolls on any menu while we were in Hong Kong. However, while it's not a traditional Chinese dish it is still very good.   • Garlic Parmesan Zoodles

    • I pretty much love anything doused in garlic so these are delicious! And with only 4 ingredients you really can't go wrong with this dish! You can find the recipe here.

STEP 1: What is your BAND Size?

Using a tape measure place is directly under your bust. Make sure it is snug and round to the nearest whole number. If it is even add 4 inches. If it's odd add 5 inches. Your band is the sum of those calculations. For example if you measured 34 inches your band size is 38 or if you measured 33 inches your band size is 38.

STEP 2: What is your BUST Size?

Using a tape measure measure around the widest part of your chest (nipple level). Round to the nearest whole number. 


STEP 3: What is your CUP Size?

Subtract your band size from your bust size and refer to the chart below. Example 37 inch bust - 34 inch band size = 3 inches. That's a 34C.
